This page was created as there is a correlation between inflammation and the food that we consume, adapting a healthy lifestyle can help reduce the inflammation in the body, giving ourselves the right foods is equally important and on my own journey I have discovered, what has worked well for me. 

 

I will be sharing healthy homemade recipes that can be made from home that are nutritious, tasty and food of goodness for the body and mind.

Simple Tofu Pasta 

Food is medicine for the mind, food has a direct correlation into how our thoughts and mind work, the wrong foods can bring out a fiery reaction, my opinion is have a balance of foods we enjoy and some added treats in there to balance it out. 

Taking small steps daily and making a more conscious effort to add more fibre into our diets can help reduce the pain and inflammation. 

 

Ingredients : 

130g Firm Tofu 

100g Cooked Broccoli 

100g of uncooked pasta 

tablespoon of cornflour 

Siracha optional

tablespoon of tomato puree 

 

Method : 

Season Tofu in cornflour and oil and air fry for around 10 mins till crispy, then cook the pasta and Broccoli, once cooked add the tofu of choice and add tomato puree and some little pasta water and season with salt, garlic powder and oregano.
