This page is a page where I can share exercise videos and idea that help to move the body gently, I have over 10 years experience of weightlifting training and mobility has become a very huge part of my daily routine, I am not saying everybody should lift weights but as we age over 40 our bodies begin to decline in bone density, the only way to help this along is resistance training, it helps strengthen the joints, muscles and tendons and helps reduce injury as we age.
