Join our community in Tesco Community Space at Loughborough

Our values create a foundation of trust, inclusivity, and respect, allowing each person to practise in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

My name is Gail and I qualified in 2021 as a yoga teacher.  I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and my journey began with Jivamukti yoga. I was lucky enough to be taught yoga by a very special lady who made such a deep impact on my life that changed the course of my path.

I am also trying to advance my knowledge and are undergoing my 500 hour teacher training, to better provide more knowledge in my teaching to the community.

Over the years, I have practiced hatha, Vinyasa and Forest Yoga, each individual style has shaped the way I practice and teach today.

Movement is such a important element of our lives. Mobility is the foundation to movement, the power of movement is a beautiful thing and has the ability to heal our bodies and mind.  Movement is medicine for the body and mind. It has never more prevalent than when we age our muscle and joints decline without movement. Small gentle mobility and Yoga help keep the muscles and joints healthy.

Here, there’s no competition, no judgment, just gentle yoga, nervous system care, and the reminder that you are already enough.  My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, offering a safe and supportive environment for anyone looking to explore mindful movement, breath, and relaxation at their own pace.

Focus on choice, safety, and body awareness, each class invites you to reconnect with yourself through gentle flowing movements that can be adapted to meet individual needs. Whether you’re managing stress, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a calm and grounding practice, my approach emphasises comfort, compassion, and empowerment.

My aim is to create a space where you feel respected, present, and in control of your practice building resilience, and inner ease through mindful movement, while having fun and a playfulness to your own practice.
