Our values create a foundation of trust, inclusivity, and respect, allowing each person to practise in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
My name is Gail and I qualified in 2021 as a yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and my journey began with Jivamukti yoga. I was lucky enough to be taught yoga by a very special lady who made such a deep impact on my life that changed the course of my path.
I am currently advancing my knowledge and are undergoing my 500 hour teacher training, to better provide more knowledge in my teaching to the community.
Over the years, I have practiced hatha, Vinyasa and Forest Yoga, each individual style has shaped the way I practice and teach today.
Movement is such a important element of our lives. Mobility is the foundation to movement, the power of movement is a beautiful thing and has the ability to heal our bodies and mind. Movement has been a big part of my life the last 10 years, shaped the way I teach yoga from movements in the gym, to walking to long distance running. Movement is freedom for the body.
I guide people to move their bodies safely and in alignment, movement is mind body connection, the foundation to movement is mobility, moving our bodies within its range of movement safely, as we age the loss of bone density has never been more important so that we can age gracefully.
Accessible practice focused on improving mobility, stability and strength and overall movement quality. Here, there’s no competition, no judgment, just gentle yoga, nervous system care, and the reminder that you are already enough. My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, offering a safe and supportive environment for anyone looking to explore mindful movement, breath, and relaxation at their own pace.
Accessible offering that is judgement free I want your practice to be your practice, practicing to what feels good in your body. I am a huge fan of props, chairs, blocks and straps, the importance of feeling supportive in our practices, creates a clear understanding and foundation to movement.
Focus on choice, safety, and body awareness, each class invites you to reconnect with yourself through gentle flowing movements that can be adapted to meet individual needs. Whether you’re managing stress, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a calm and grounding practice, my approach emphasises comfort, compassion, and empowerment.
My aim is to create a space where you feel respected, present, and in control of your practice building resilience, and inner ease through mindful movement, while having fun and a playfulness to your own practice.
