Are your classes suitable for beginners? 

Yes, absolutely this class is suitable for all levels including complete beginners, props and variations are given throughout the class. 

What should I wear/bring with me to yoga class?

A yoga sticky mat to practice on, most of the class is done barefooted preferably, but feel free to do what feels good to you, wear loose clothing that is comfortable. 

What style of yoga do you teach? 

I teach a playful, movement flow, its a nice gentle flow and move up to a flow style. 

Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga? 

Certainly not a requirement, my aim to help you to increase flexibility and build strength, you do not have to have any of those requirements, just come as you are. 

What if I am currently injured ? 

Please message us before attending class, there are adjustments that will be made, and a health form will be required so that I know what injuries that you are dealing with to help you best
