Slow Flow Yoga
This gentle slow flow practice is an invitation to move in a way that feels supportive and grounding for you today. You’re welcome to explore movement at your own pace, pause whenever you’d like, or choose stillness at any point. There is no expectation to push, perform, or achieve anything.
In this class, the focus is on choice, breath, and connection. You may notice opportunities to gently stretch, release tension, and reconnect with your body through slow, steady movements. You’re also invited to adapt shapes in any way that feels more comfortable to you.
You are encouraged to check in with your body often and follow what feels safe, supportive, and accessible. The space we create together is non-judgmental and welcoming of all experiences, all bodies, and all abilities.
