A trauma-informed approach for all abilities, focusing on mindful movement, grounding, and body awareness. Perfect for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone seeking a calm practice.

 

Cultivating an awareness of how your body feels in each posture, movement should be easeful, choice, safety making informed choices on how you feel in your own body. 

 

A Blanket, sturdy chair and support such a block or strap will be required.
