Mobility Slow Flow
Mobility Slow Flow Yoga – move safely, breathe deeply, and feel supported.
Join me every Saturday and Sunday for a Mobility Flow class.
We begin gently by mobilising the body and gradually build into a supported yoga flow. A chair and props are used throughout to help you feel safe, stable, and confident. Options and variations are always offered, and you are encouraged to choose what feels best for your body.
This is a mixed-level class. Option :
• Practise fully standing using the chair for support
• Practise standing without the chair
• Practise fully seated or partially seated
The choice is always yours.
This class is ideal if you:
• Have struggled with movement
• Are returning to exercise
• Are a senior wanting to improve mobility and flexibility
• Want to move more comfortably and confidently in daily life
Mobility is the foundation of movement. As we age, muscle mass and joint function naturally decline, but age does not have to define your quality of life. Small, gentle movements done consistently can reduce tension, ease muscle pain, and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Aging gracefully through the power of movement restores strength, confidence, and independence and supports a higher quality of life at any age.
